How it works
Pick the block that matches your project's scope. Each contract covers a defined number of hours at a flat fee. If the work runs longer, additional hours bill at the contract's overage rate — agreed in writing before we start.
Every engagement starts with a no-cost scoping conversation. We'll tell you honestly which block fits your project before you commit.
5-Hour Contract

Typically enough to take a relatively simple one or two bleacher design from concept to paper — including budget benchmarking, preliminary design meetings, sketch to drawings, and a code check.

A few things to know
All contracts are fixed in writing before work begins. Overage rates are agreed upfront — no surprises.
Time is logged and itemized. You'll receive a clear accounting of hours at invoice.
No retainer required. We invoice at contract close or at agreed milestones.
The time estimates are based on video conference meetings only.
